1. Are ElaraRenew products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our skincare products are developed with skin comfort and formula safety in mind. The formulas are designed to be gentle and are made without drying alcohol or fluorescent whitening agents. However, individual skin responses may vary, especially for highly sensitive or barrier-compromised skin.

Before using a product for the first time, apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm and observe the area for 24 hours. Discontinue use if redness, itching, burning, swelling, or other signs of irritation occur.

2. What is the shelf life and Period After Opening?

Please refer to the outer packaging for the product’s production date, expiration date, and Period After Opening information. Unless otherwise stated on the packaging, we recommend using the product within six months after opening to maintain its quality, freshness, and optimal performance.

Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. Always close the container securely after use.

3. Why might slight redness or tingling occur after application?

Temporary tingling or mild redness may occasionally occur when the skin is very dry, dehydrated, sensitive, or experiencing a weakened skin barrier. This may also happen when introducing a new product or using several active skincare products within the same routine.

Reduce the amount and frequency of use and avoid applying the product to broken, inflamed, or severely irritated skin. If discomfort persists, worsens, or is accompanied by swelling, itching, burning, or a rash, stop using the product immediately and rinse the area thoroughly with water. Seek professional medical advice when necessary.

4. Can the products be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Skincare needs and ingredient suitability can vary during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Although our products are developed with gentle daily skincare in mind, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and consulting your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use, particularly if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific medical concerns.

Always follow the product directions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Can ElaraRenew products be used with skincare products from other brands?

Elara Renew products can generally be incorporated into a routine with most standard skincare products. However, using multiple high-strength active ingredients at the same time may increase the risk of dryness, sensitivity, or irritation.

When using concentrated exfoliating acids, retinoids, strong vitamin C formulas, or other intensive treatments, introduce products gradually and consider using them at different times or on alternate days. Patch testing is recommended before applying a new product to the entire face.
